About Us

Cygnets Preschool is a charity-run setting that provides quality care, and operates from a port-a-cabin with an all-weather garden area, within the grounds of Langford Village Community Primary School. Cygnets gives children the opportunity to have a gentle introduction into the school environment, with pre-school sessions for children from two to four years old, and wraparound sessions for three to four year old children who attend Langford Village School Nursery.

Cygnets is an all-inclusive, community focused setting in Bicester, North Oxfordshire with facilities to accommodate children and families with disabilities and where all of our children are treated with respect and integrity. Through our ethos of fostering a passion to include everyone; treating everyone equally and respecting differences, we live and breathe inclusion.

Cygnets Preschool is a happy, safe, secure, stimulating place, where learning is fun and exciting. We maintain a high level of hygiene to ensure a healthy, nurturing learning in an enriched environment for all children that encourages individual, social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth. Our setting is bright, warm, welcoming and friendly where children can learn through play both indoors and outside. We believe children are masters of exploration, their enthusiasm and joy in discovering new things is infectious and the experiences we offer are designed to ignite natural curiosity and a passion for learning through awe and wonder. We want our children to sparkle and shine in all that they do.
